I believe a more accurate quote would be “THE APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”.
This is so true when Buying or Selling a Home. In both cases you want to have as much knowledge of the Neighborhood & Schools, Quality & Types of Construction, Land Conditions, Latest in Décor, Expected Life of Wear and Tear Items, Present Market Conditions and most of all the ability to Negotiate. Once you have this Knowledge you need to know how to apply it.
My years of experience in Remodeling/Renovating, New Construction, Investment Properties and other Real Estate related transactions gave me the Knowledge! With my 25 successful years in sales I have learned to apply this Power that I have to different situations.
