Training Is KEY at MRP

Consistent training and mentoring sessions are held throughout the year at McCaffrey Realty Professionals.  Recent sessions have included “Creating a Market Brand” hosted by public relations specialist, Barbara Branagan-Mitchell of Branagan Communications Consultants. Local attorney, Larry Riefberg spent a half day at the Danbury Town Hall with MRP REALTORS outlining “Researching Properties-From Deed Restrictions to Taxes, Assessments, Liens and COs.

The company will also be attending a half day workshop in Hartford led by National speaker, Craig Proctor on “Client Communication”.  Also on the agenda for January  “CHFA Financing” presented by David Perry and Tom Spooner of National City Bank and “The Liquidity Crisis and FHA Financing” led by Dan Purvis, James Philipakos, Tom Fury and of Countrywide Bank.

During any type of market but ESPECIALLY in today’s climate, REALTORS® need a broad knowledge base of their industry to insure success for their clients.  One of the keys for 2008 will be financing option.  The FULL TIME REALTORS® of MRP are committed to having the tools to position our clients to move forward in the coming year.
